Join the journey of self-discovery and empowerment as we explore your inner knowing, your strength, through these four essential pillars: physical wellness, emotional wellness, mental wellness, and spiritual wellness.

Your 90-day program includes 12 sessions:
One Kick-off Session to get comfortable with your materials and coaching on Zoom, set expectations and goals, etc.
(1 hour)
Virtual Coaching Sessions during which we’ll weave in creativity and mindfulness exercises, movement & soul coaching
(1.5 hours each)
We will meet approximately once a week on Zoom. This is your transformation process, so we go at a pace that works for you. You’ll complete weekly assignments, fieldwork, and commitments that we co-create together so they feel doable and achievable.

I believe in providing clients with excellent resources and support between sessions. You’ll never leave a session wondering, “what did we just talk about?” or “what was I supposed to remember for this week?” Your customized coaching program includes:
A collaborative Google doc that we update throughout the coaching process.
This is your living, breathing support doc. I help you keep track of your progress toward your goals as well as record weekly notes on everything from your recent wins, epiphanies, and hurdles to our session agendas, takeaways, homework, and commitments.
A recording of each coaching session
Reduce the anxiety of “getting it all down” during a live coaching session
