Hi there! I'm so glad you're here. I'm Holly and I hope this introduction is the beginning of our journey together. I started - Breathe. Because I couldn't deny the feeling inside of me that I am here on earth to help others find joy, confidence, and peace in their lives. I saw and recognized a place in others that I had been to before. A place that could be healed by learning to pause, breathe and go inside of myself to find the small, still voice—my knowing. I found my knowing, my truth, through meditation, self-love, and yoga.
Mindfulness, Meditation and Yoga are for any and everyone. You do not need to be an expert to benefit from either of them! Just showing up on the mat or cushion is what is expected and the rest opens up from there. Deep breathing is woven between them and is something that we can call upon any minute of the day. It helps to relieve stress, anxiety and tension. It also helps with sleep, concentration and being present in the moment. The list truly goes on and on and I am here as a vessel & guide to give you the tools you need to live the life you have always wanted by utilizing these practices.
